Hey, I’m Serena – writer, wellness girlie, and cozy entrepreneur healing from POTS + IBS and designing life on my own terms.

When I’m not working, I’m usually travelling or in my cozy zone; reading, writing, baking something gluten, dairy, and refined sugar-free or winding down with a warm bath. My boyfriend (literally my favourite human) is usually nearby making music, working on his car or playing Call of Duty on his iPad.


For years, I lived with a whirlwind of symptoms – dizziness, fatigue, gut issues, anxiety – that no one could quite explain. After countless doctor visits and frustrating dead ends, I was finally diagnosed with POTS, Vasovagal Syncope, and IBS. Getting a diagnosis brought some relief, but it also marked the beginning of a deeper journey: learning how to truly care for myself.

Healing became my priority. I slowed down, built daily rituals to support my body, and started doing deep mindset work. Through that – I began attracting a life that worked with my body – not against it. Passive income streams, flexible work, slow mornings, cozy afternoons, and the freedom to choose when and how I show up.

This space is a journal of that journey and a resource for anyone walking a similar path. You’ll find wellness tools, templates, mindset shifts, manifestation tips, gentle upgrades that have helped me along the way plus a few other things that make my little heart light up (like fashion and seasonal living!).
